Finding a cleaner in Rotterdam is harder when most websites, quotes and contracts are in Dutch. With us you explain in English what you need. We first come and look at the property, then you receive a tailored quote with a list of tasks that you agree to yourself.
As a cleaning company in Rotterdam we work for businesses and for private households. Hotels are the largest part of our work. We also clean offices and business premises, clean properties after building work and come to people's homes.
Our cleaning services
Every type of property needs a different approach. These are the services we are asked for most. Two of them have a page with more detail in Dutch.
House cleaning
A cleaner at your home, every week or every two weeks, with fixed agreements about what gets done. For households in Rotterdam looking for home cleaning or a regular cleaning lady.
Schoonmaakster Rotterdam (in Dutch)Deep cleaning
A one-off thorough clean of your home, for the moments when regular cleaning is not enough. We agree beforehand which rooms and tasks are included.
Hotel cleaning
Housekeeping for hotels: rooms, public areas and a check of each room before the next guest checks in. This is our specialisation.
Hotel schoonmaak (in Dutch)Office cleaning
Workplaces, toilets, kitchen areas and floors, on the days and times that suit your business. Daily, a few times a week or weekly.
Cleaning after building work
Cleaning after construction or a renovation: building dust, cement haze and paint residue removed, so the property is ready to use. We do this, among others, after projects of our sister company Orlemn Aannemersbedrijf.

Frequently asked questions
Do you speak English?
Yes. The owner speaks English, so you can arrange the visit, the quote and any changes in English.
Do you clean private homes?
Yes. You can have a cleaner at home every week or every two weeks, or book a one-off deep clean. We agree beforehand what gets done.
What does a cleaning service in Rotterdam cost?
That depends on the property, the tasks and how often we come. That is why we first come and look. After that you receive a quote that lists the tasks, the frequency and the times. The quote is without obligation.
How soon can you start?
That depends on the size of the job. After your request we first plan a visit, and once you agree to the quote we set a start date.
At what times do you clean?
We match the times to you. In a hotel the cleaning follows the check-out and check-in of guests, in an office it can be before or after working hours. We put the times in the quote.
Which businesses do you work for?
Mainly hotels, and also offices and other businesses. We also clean properties after building work or a renovation.
Service area
We are based in Rotterdam-Zuid and work across the whole city, from the centre and Kop van Zuid to Charlois, IJsselmonde, Kralingen and Noord.
You can also hire us in the surrounding municipalities, such as Barendrecht and Schiedam. Those two pages are in Dutch, as is the overview of our service area.
